Creating a Product Listing
Add your first product to VeFix — from basic details to vehicle compatibility and pricing.
Adding a Product
From your vendor dashboard, go to Products → Add Product. Products can be physical parts, accessories, or any automotive item you sell.
Basic Information
Fill in:
- Title — Be specific, e.g. "Bosch 0986BB0046 Brake Pads — Front Axle"
- Category — Choose the most relevant category and subcategory
- Description — Include key specs, compatibility notes, and condition
- Price — Set your selling price. You can also set a compare-at price to show a discount
- Stock Quantity — How many units you have available
Vehicle Compatibility
This is one of VeFix's most powerful features. When you add compatibility data, your product appears in search results when customers look for parts that fit their specific vehicle.
To add compatibility:
- Select the Vehicle Type (e.g. Car, Van)
- Select one or more Makes (e.g. BMW, Audi)
- Optionally select specific Models
- Set a year range if applicable
- Click Add Compatible Vehicle
Photos
Upload up to 15 product photos (Pro plan). Use high-quality images on a plain background. The first photo is used as the main listing image.
Publishing
Toggle Published to make your listing live. You can save as a draft first if you want to review before publishing.
