By accessing or using VeFix ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You agree not to use the Platform in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

VeFix operates as a marketplace connecting buyers with independent third-party vendors. Each vendor listed on the Platform is an independent business and is solely responsible for the products and services they offer, their pricing, availability, and fulfilment of orders.

Please be aware that individual vendors on VeFix may have their own separate Terms & Conditions that apply to purchases made from them. These vendor-specific terms may cover matters such as warranties, service agreements, and conditions of sale. By purchasing from a vendor, you may also be subject to their terms. We encourage you to review each vendor's terms before completing a purchase.

Refund and returns policies vary across vendors on the VeFix Platform. VeFix does not operate a single unified refund policy on behalf of all vendors. Each vendor sets and manages their own refund, returns, and cancellation policy independently. Before placing an order, please review the specific vendor's refund policy displayed on their store or product listing. VeFix is not liable for a vendor's failure to honour their stated refund policy, though we will endeavour to assist in dispute resolution where reasonably possible.

VeFix acts solely as an intermediary platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VeFix shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from transactions between buyers and vendors, or from the products and services provided by vendors. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of significant changes where reasonably practicable.
