Product orders: • Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched • Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled but may be returned under our refund policy • Custom or special-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun Service bookings: • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment are free of charge • Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the service cost • No-shows without prior notice may be charged the full service fee How to cancel: 1. Log in to your VeFix account 2. Navigate to your orders or bookings 3. Select the item you wish to cancel 4. Alternatively, contact us through VeFix messaging We appreciate advance notice so we can offer the slot to other customers.
We offer a 30-day refund policy on all eligible products and services. To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase or service date. Eligibility: • Products must be unused and in their original packaging • Services that have not yet been performed are eligible for a full refund • Partially completed services may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion How to request a refund: 1. Contact us through the VeFix messaging system 2. Provide your order number and reason for the refund 3. We will review your request within 3 business days 4. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days Non-refundable items: • Custom or special-order parts • Services that have been fully completed • Diagnostic fees

We stand behind the quality of our products and services with the following warranty coverage. Product Warranty: • All new parts carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty • Used or reconditioned parts carry a 3-month warranty • Warranty covers manufacturing defects and premature failure under normal use Service Warranty: • All labour is guaranteed for 90 days from the date of service • If an issue arises related to work we performed, we will rectify it at no additional cost How to make a warranty claim: 1. Contact us through VeFix with your order details 2. Describe the issue and provide photos if applicable 3. We may request the item be returned for inspection 4. Valid claims will be resolved through repair, replacement, or refund Warranty exclusions: • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorised modifications • Normal wear and tear • Parts installed by third parties
