What's included:

Engine oil replaced with manufacturer-grade oil
Oil filter replaced
Air filter replaced
Full brake inspection (pads, discs, lines)
Suspension and steering check
Exhaust system inspection
Tyre condition and pressure check (including spare)
Battery health test
All lights, wipers and horn checked
Fluid levels checked and topped up — coolant, brake fluid, power steering, screenwash
Service book stamped / digital service record updated

What's not included: Parts beyond oil and filters (e.g. brake pads, spark plugs) are quoted separately before any work begins — no surprise charges.
